Just a few minutes walk in a park or a forest can clear your mind and bring a sense of calm to your soul.
Give you a reboot so to speak.
I started on this plant journey in 2018 when my son was diagnosed with Autism. Taking him into a forest or to a Garden Centre would make him calm and responsive.
He loved looking at the leaves and trying to identify flowers.
We still do that now, though I get him to help plant the flowers and do the weeding, which he surprisingly enjoys!
